⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about Carrie at Hillside Hair Salon! After a bad color job right before my engagement photos, I was stressed and desperately needed help. Carrie was able to fit me in for an emergency color correction, and she went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my hair looked beautiful again. Not only did she do an incredible job, but I paid half of what I had paid for the original botched color! Her kindness, talent, and willingness to help me out in a stressful situation meant so much to me. I’m beyond grateful for her, and she has absolutely earned my trust. I’ll be driving 7 hours to have Carrie and Kathy do my hair from now on. As always, Kathy comes in with the perfect haircut! If you’re looking for stylists who truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do, I cannot recommend Carrie and Kathy enough. Thank you so much for saving my hair and helping me feel beautiful for such a special moment! 💕

Take my grandson for "a boy to cut his hair" after many stressful tries elsewhere. He loves it! Happy and cooperative for Tim. He does a great job with a testy tot!

This review is in regard to the barber. The building was nicely maintained, and the salon had clients at the time of my visit, I only went for the barber services. I came in looking like a mess today, not even a hot mess, like a homeless person person mess that has been living pretty hard on the skids. I hadn't had an actual haircut in over two years, my hair, although clean, was a tangled rats nest. When the barber began spraying my mop down, and proceeded to comb it, I chuckled a little, and told him good luck with that. I expected, with my hair being in such an awful state, that the job would have taken a good half an hour, upwards of forty five minutes. So, during my extremely short wait for my turn in the chair, when a older man with shorter hair walked in, I gladly gave him my turn, and stated that, "I may take a bit longer than him." All in all, I had probably twelve inches of hair chopped off, trimmed and groomed in about 15 minutes. My head spun from how fast, and neat the barber did his job. Fantastic job, very walk in friendly, the barber was extremely personable and professional. I could not recommend any other barber in the local are more than the one at Hillside Hair Salon.
